As I’m sure most people are aware, Delhi is the capital of India and is situated to the North of the country. It is a city with ancient origins that has evolved and redefined itself many times over its long history. New Delhi is the most recent reinvention of the city. Designed by Lutyens, New Delhi is a beautifully designed and planned space, reflecting the grandeur of the imperial age when the British were in power in India.
